I am editing my aunt's 200+ page manuscript: she and her husband Bob Knechtel lived at the humane society circa 1946/8 and I'm trying to find out what the place looked like then. She and her daughter died in 2002, so I can't ask them. I know that when I lived in Mira Loma, I visited the shelter, but don't remember much, and most likely the old officers home has been torn down
